Body Blast
This class differs from aerobics in that it is a high intensity interval training workout. A typical class includes around 9 tracks where you will work to the max but have very short breaks in between each to catch your breath, grab some water and start the next track! It is less choreographed than aerobics, instead focussing on repetition of high impact moves so that you can concentrate on increasing the heart rate for maximum calorie and fat burning. This class is a great mood lifter and the fast, uplifting tracks will set you up for the weekend. All abilities welcome. But be prepared to work HARD!

Aerobics
Choosing the right music is one of the most important features of a good class – you will not be disappointed with Laura’s playlists for aerobics!
This class is based on a traditional aerobics class but with some dance elements to make it a little more interesting to perform. You will work continuously for about 30-40 minutes and then focus on some strength and conditioning exercises. Choose the easier options for a more basic workout or step it up a level for more of a challenge. Learn some moves, burn calories and have some fun. Suitable for all abilities.

We offer a range of classes which focus on all different areas, from cardio to toning. Classes are open to EVERYONE of all abilities and experience.

Circuits
Be prepared to burn some serious calories! Circuits is designed to increase your fitness and endurance, covering exercises that will also improve your core and general strength. The range of exercises focus on all different areas, meaning you will work hard. Expect everything from burpies and jumping jacks to squats and press ups. Trust us, you'll feel great afterwards!

Conditioning
An all-round workout that focuses on exercises for your whole body. They're high energy and high impact, aimed to increase your overall fitness through a combination of aerobics and toning exercises.

Pilates is a core muscle strengthening workout designed to improve strength, posture and flexibility.

LBT
A class dedicated totally to toning up those legs, bums and tums for a KILLER bod! Therefore you can expect a variety of squatting, lunging and crunching, along with a great soundtrack and motivation from Steph to keep you going!

Zumba
A great way to get fit and have fun! Zumba Fitness is a global lifestyle brand that fuses fitness, entertainment and culture into an exhilarating dance-fitness sensation! Zumba® exercise classes are "fitness-parties " that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration.

Yoga
The ultimate body-mind workout, Yoga is a great way to relax from exams and deadlines. Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living.

Bootcamp
A brand new class to BodySoc this year, Bootcamp is similar to circuits with a range of different exercises to give you a full body workout! It's quite high intensity so a great way to start your morning and wake you up for the week.
